Preparation
- Prep Wash & Decontamination
Thoroughly wash and decontaminate the vehicle. Use AQUA BLOODY IRON for chemical decontamination, and clay bar treatment on painted surfaces to remove bonded contaminants. - Paint Correction
Machine paint correction is recommended to remove imperfections and create a smooth surface. - Degrease
Use AQUA PANEL PREP and a microfiber towel to remove any residue.
Application Instructions
- Prime the Applicator
Place 12-15 drops of AQUA COATING ONE on a microfiber applicator. Apply the coating in an even, thick, and wet layer. After the initial priming, use fewer drops for subsequent applications. - Apply the Coating
Use crosshatch strokes (horizontal and vertical) to apply the coating. For large panels, such as the hood or roof, divide them into sections for better control. - Remove Excess Product
Wait approximately 1 minute, then use a microfiber towel to remove any excess product. Follow up with a second microfiber towel to polish the surface to a high gloss. Inspect for any imperfections before moving on to the next panel. - Cure Time
After applying the coating to all panels, allow the coating to cure for 24 hours in a dry, stable environment. Ensure temperatures remain above 50°F (10°C) during this period.
5. Enhance with Coating Booster
For maximum durability, apply AQUA COATING BOOSTER between 2-12 hours after the final layer of AQUA COATING ONE.
Additional Application Tips
- Warm Conditions
In warmer temperatures (68°F/20°C and above), the coating will dry more quickly. Apply to smaller areas and test in an inconspicuous area, such as a bumper, to find the ideal flash time. - Microfiber Towels and Applicators
Change applicator and microfiber towels as needed. Use fresh microfiber towels for each section to avoid residue buildup. Use the dedicated AQUA APPLICATORS for optimal results. - Lighting
Use adequate lighting to monitor application and ensure even coverage. - Moisture and Weather Protection
Keep the coated surface dry for 24 hours post-application. Avoid harsh weather for the first 7 days. - Application Conditions
Do not apply in direct sunlight, rain, or on a hot or damp surface. - Layering
For additional protection, two layers can be applied. A single layer of AQUA COATING ONE provides 12-18 months of protection. - Temperature Stability
Ensure the application environment stays above 50°F (10°C). - Safety Measures
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, face mask) during application.
Maintenance & Storage
- Washing
Hand-wash the vehicle every two weeks, or as needed, with a high-quality, neutral pH soap to maintain the coating’s integrity. Wash in the shade, and use a quality microfiber mitts and drying towels. - Storage
Store unused product in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 3 years; use within 6 months after opening.
Customer Notice
The primary risk to a fresh, curing coating is dirt. During the two-week curing period, avoid excessive contamination. If the coating does get dirty, gently wash it with a neutral pH soap as soon as possible – this is far less damaging than allowing dirt to sit on the surface.

Preparation
- Surface Preparation: Thoroughly wash the wheels using AQUA BLOODY IRON or AQUA APC (diluted 1:10 or 1:15). Degrease the wheel surface with AQUA PANEL PREP, repeating the process twice for optimal results .
Application Instructions
- Application: Apply the coating in straight lines directly onto the surface using a microfiber applicator or AQUA SUADE CLOTH. For larger wheels, you may need to divide them into sections.
- Leveling: Wait approximately 60 seconds, then use a microfiber towel to remove any excess product residue (as the product crystallizes quickly, avoid waiting too long).
- Curing: Allow the coating to cure under dry, stable conditions for 24 hours, ensuring that the temperature remains above 50°F (10°C)
Notes:
- Do not apply AQUA WHEEL COATING in direct sunlight, on hot or wet surfaces, or at temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
- Silver or other light-colored wheels may not require the leveling step; conduct a spot test to confirm the desired outcome.
Maintenance:
- Use AQUA BLOODY IRON or AQUA APC (diluted 1:10 or 1:15) for washing and maintenance.
- Storage: 3-year shelf life; use within 6 months of opening.
- Durability: Provides protection for up to 24 months.
Preparation
- Clean the Glass: Thoroughly clean the glass surface using AQUA GLASS CLEANER.
Application Instructions
- Apply the Coating: Dispense 8-10 drops of AQUA GLASS COATING onto an applicator with a suede cloth.
- First Layer: Apply the first layer using vertical motions, ensuring no spots are missed.
- Second Layer: Immediately apply the second layer using horizontal motions to ensure complete coverage of the glass surface.
- Reapply if Needed: If the applicator starts to feel dry, add a few more drops of the product to maintain even coverage.
- Remove Excess: Allow the product to dry completely (usually 10-15 minutes). Use a microfiber towel to remove any excess product residue.
Curing:
- Allow the coating to cure in dry, stable conditions for a minimum of 12 hours, ensuring the temperature does not drop below 50°F (10°C).
Notes:
- Avoid applying AQUA GLASS COATING in direct sunlight, on hot surfaces, or wet surfaces, and at temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
Storage:
- 3-year shelf life; use within 6 months of opening.
